Also, most people don’t think to brush after snacks, but food or beverage consumption contributes to tooth decay. Brushing after a snack could be just the adjustment your oral health routine needs.

Nobody can spot the beginning signs of gum disease better than your dentist. Detecting symptoms before it becomes a serious problem is the best way to protect your teeth for the future.
