Payment is expected at time of services. If you have dental insurance, we will assist you in determining your estimated co-payment for each treatment. However, we do not provide a 100% guarantee of insurance payments. Each company is different, and the decision to pay is theirs. Please note that the contract of insurance is between you and your insurance company. We realize that patients do make decisions based on their insurance benefits. We will do our utmost to provide you with accurate estimates. If for some reason insurance does not pay, it is important to understand you will ultimately be responsible for the fees for services provided, plus any finance charges incurred on your account. You should contact your insurance company directly if you have questions regarding estimates prior to treatment or payments for services rendered.
We are in-network with Blue Dental and Delta Dental. If you have coverage through another dental insurance carrier, please verify with them that you have out-of-network benefits prior to incurring charges in our office that may be your full responsibility.
